Black Broker House provides RAF claims assistance exclusively to its policyholders through our partner, Sena Financial Services, ensuring that clients receive professional support when dealing with accident-related claims and the RAF process. If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident and you are a Black Broker House policyholder, and RAF Assist forms part of your value-added benefits, please contact Sena Financial Services through Black Broker House for assistance with your RAF claim.

Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)

Black Broker House provides COIDA assistance exclusively to its policyholders and participating employers through our partner, Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA). This service helps employers and employees manage workplace injury and occupational disease matters, including claims and compliance. If you are a Black Broker House client or employer partner and require assistance with a workplace injury, occupational disease claim, or COIDA compliance, please contact Black Broker House for guidance and support.

Pre-Funeral Cost Assistance (Dikerese / Amakhandela)

Black Broker House policyholders who have Pre-Funeral Cost Assistance as part of their benefits may contact Black Broker House for support with accessing this benefit. The service is provided through our partner, Global Choice Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd, to assist families with urgent costs that may arise shortly after a death and before the funeral takes place.

This benefit may include:

Simplified claim process – only a death certificate is required (Bi is not required)
Airtime support to assist with communication during the death-reporting process.
